Maitake Mushrooms have a deeply earthy, peppery flavor. They are enjoyed fried, saute'ed, stir-fried, or in soups. They can also be eaten raw.
Shipping Policy
It is strongly recommended to pick either Next Day Air or Next Day Air Early when choosing shipping options. UPS will only Guarantee these options. Next Day Air Saver and Second Day Air are not guaranteed to show up on time by UPS. If you choose these cheaper shipping options the risk is yours. We will not refund or re-ship your order if you choose these options and they arrive late and or spoiled.
